Jeremiah Clemmons – I have been performing in theater for approximately 12 years and have spent the past four years building experience in film. I recently graduated from Tennessee State University with a degree focused on theater, while also pursuing additional film training outside of college.

My experience includes stage productions, short films, independent films, and background work. Through these experiences, I’ve continued to develop my understanding of the craft, working on set, and the discipline required of a professional performer. My art exists not just to be seen, but to be felt and carried. Growing up, I experienced
moments of loneliness and feeling unseen. Those experiences shaped me and revealed how
many people quietly carry wounds they struggle to express.
Through my performances, I aim to give voice to those hidden places. I am drawn to
characters rooted in real, often unspoken human experiences, the ones people are judged
for or taught to hide. These stories matter because they reflect truths we deeply recognize
but rarely say aloud.
My intention is to create work that heals, to remind people they are seen, understood, and
not alone. If even one person feels less isolated through my art, then it has served its
purpose.

into strength
